Customer service is absolutely second to none. I had an issue with the ink quality being not too good on one of my books. I asked for a replacement and they replaced it immediately. I then found out that I had replaced the wrong book because I had ordered two books. They also replaced the second one free of charge. Emails were answered immediately and customer service was superior. I cannot recommend this company enough if you want a custom-made book for a loved one or a family member. I reviewed both my books and they are quality and very well written.

This is just the coolest gift idea I’ve ever seen! My hubby thought the book was incredible and is enjoying reading it ! They have so many options for fiction and nonfiction. Cover choices, graphics are great. Books are really thick too over 200 pages! Will definitely be creating another one soon. You won’t be disappointed.
