I am now completely satisfied. At first, I had commissioned a non-fiction book, but I wasn't happy with it—unfortunately, it just didn't turn out right at all. In the meantime, Nadine reached out to ask how satisfied I was. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. I explained to her why I wasn't satisfied, and she helped me resolve the issue!
