We ordered this book as a gift for a family member. We were impressed with the ease and creativity generated by the initial process. Unfortunately, our book was shipped to our home instead of the recipient, which did not allow for an on-time x-mas gift. I contacted customer service, and they were gracious to send a new copy to the recipient's house with our further charges. We will definitely create a book again as it made for an excellent gift.
