I recently ordered 2 books for my daughters. The process could not have easier and was very fast. The only difficult part was choosing between the mystery, fantasy or sci fi books that were designed for me. I received the books quickly and they are amazing! I decided to go back and order a 3rd book. I inadvertently ordered one of the same books. I quickly reached out by email to explain my error. I had a response within 5 minutes on a Friday night at 6:00 pm by Sinead. i explained that the order was mistakenly made by myself and I would pay for it if it couldnβt be cancelled. She was able to cancel the order book and gave me a code to order another. All within 5 minutes. Unusually excellent customer service in modern day America. Jim
