I have recently purchased a book for my son, for his birthday. The book didn’t arrive and I emailed to enquire about my delivery. For some reason the book had gone to my old address. This company, apologised and re-ptinted my book for no extra charge. I cannot explain how much this means to me. This is a special gift for my son, as his father passed away and this book is filled with special memories. This is something so special. The mistake was mine, however the company have gone above and beyond , re-printing my book for my son. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. 5* aren’t enough.

I heard about this type of book from a co-worker and thought I’d get one for my wife for Mother’s Day. She loves reading suspense novels and I thought it would be cool to have one with her as the main character. When she opened the package and realized what it was, she started jumping and screaming with joy. It was one of the biggest smiles I’ve ever seen come from her beautiful face!
